By accessing, recording through, signing in to, or otherwise using Burmese Dictation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the tool.
Burmese Dictation provides browser-based speech-to-text assistance for Burmese language dictation. You are responsible for the audio you record, the transcripts you create, and your compliance with applicable law, consent requirements, workplace rules, and confidentiality duties.
The tool may be used as a guest or with Google sign-in. Guests are tracked with a client identifier cookie to enforce usage limits. Signed-in users may have different limits, and the designated owner may access operational controls. We may suspend, restrict, or refuse access where use is abusive, unlawful, harmful, or likely to impair the service.
When you use Google sign-in, we receive and store only the account information needed to operate login, such as your email address, display name and profile image if provided by Google, internal user and session records, and authentication provider identifiers needed by the login system. We do not request or store your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other unrelated Google account data. The tool may also process guest usage identifiers, transcription activity records, transcript text, usage-limit information, technical provider results, error information, and related timestamps. Microphone audio is captured in your browser and sent to the server and configured speech-to-text providers for transcription; this application does not intentionally retain raw audio chunks after processing.
Information is used to provide transcription, authenticate users, enforce recording limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, improve reliability, and support future administrative reporting about service usage, performance, provider reliability, cost control, and operational health. We do not sell personal data or use transcript content for advertising.
Transcription and authentication may depend on third-party services, including Google, Gemini, ElevenLabs, database providers, and hosting providers. Data sent to those services is governed by their own terms, policies, security controls, and processing practices. You must not submit audio or text unless you are permitted to have it processed by those providers.
The default retention policy is: raw transcript text for 30 days, failed provider error details for 30 days, user-visible history metadata for 90 days, and aggregate usage statistics for 730 days. Deleting a transcript from history hides it immediately and purges the raw transcript chunks while preserving aggregate usage counts needed for owner analytics, abuse prevention, reliability, and cost reporting. Authentication and account records are retained while needed for account operation, security, legal compliance, or deletion handling. Records may be deleted, anonymized, or retained longer where required to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or preserve backups and audit integrity.
You retain responsibility for your recordings and transcripts. You must not use the tool to record people without required consent, to process unlawful or highly sensitive information without authority, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to attack or overload the service, to bypass usage limits, or to submit content that you are not authorized to process.
Transcripts may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. The tool is provided for convenience and must not be relied on as the sole record for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions. We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current project stage, but no system is guaranteed to be error-free or immune from unauthorized access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the tool is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or claims arising from misuse, third-party services, or inaccurate transcription.
We may update these Terms and Conditions as the service, storage, analytics, retention, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
